		<description>I like Huntsman as much as the next guy. He&#039;s actually what the Repubs need. The worst I can say about the guy is that he&#039;s done a great job. He got 80% of the vote in Utah without having to be one of &quot;those&quot; Repubs - you know the ones. 

But he can&#039;t succeed on a national level. I don&#039;t think he could in 8 years, either. He would be better off as a Senator in the long run. He&#039;s Mormon. The far religious right doesn&#039;t like that and neither does the far secular left. Who would he appeal to, the centers? Neither party wants someone who will only appeal to that demographic alone. The GOP would pee their pants in fear of putting a Mormon on the ticket, even more so now than when they rejected Romney for about the same reason. I think taking the LDS dip in the waters of baptism disqualifies you to the votes of the great and spacious public. It doesn&#039;t matter how qualified one is, that doesn&#039;t seem to matter a whole ton when choosing a leader in the USA.</description>
